SpaceX suffered a mishap with a Falcon 9 first-stage booster during an attempt to land it on a ship following its use during a Starlink launch mission. The booster touched down on the autonomous recovery vessel, called A Shortfall of Gravitas, around 8 min. 22 sec. after launch. Video from the site...
