INAir Aviation Services is an FAA- and EASA-approved repair facility with more than 30 years' experience repairing cathode-ray tube (CRT) displays and flight-guidance system components. The maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services provider has extensive experience in repairing CRT displays as well as in-house engineering capabilities. Recent capability enhancements include the ability to repair and overhaul the DU-870 displays utilized on a number of regional transports and business-aviation aircraft. INAir also offers line replaceable unit exchanges, parts sales and 24/7 aircraft-on-ground support capabilities.

Aircraft Propeller Service (APS) is a commercial propeller maintenance repair organization that is licensed to perform any original equipment manufacturer (OEM)-proprietary repairs and inspections involving compression-wrap processes on UTC Aerospace Systems’ 568F Propeller System in IATA 1 and 3. APS has long been a licensed source of repair for commercial turboprop propeller systems including the 568F, but not licensed to perform the compression wrap processes. Now, APS can serve as a one-stop shop for the 568F and the ATR family of aircraft. APS conducts all inspections and repairs, including warranty repairs, all under one roof for customers operating anywhere in the Americas and Asia.

Hutchinson Aerospace, an overhaul and repair service company, is located in North America, Europe and China. The centers specialize in all makes of vibration isolators, engine mount systems, APU mounting systems, electrical harnesses and other engine components. Approved by FAA, the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), and Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), the service centers provide overhaul and repair to airlines, MROs and OEM service centers as well as commercial, military and private operators.

Singapore Aero Engine Services Private Limited (SAESL) is a Trent Center of Excellence specializing in the repair and overhaul of the Rolls-Royce Trent aero engine family. The company first started operations in 2001. Since then, it has overhauled more than 2,000 engines. SAESL serves 15 customers across three continents. It is capable of repairing and overhauling all Rolls-Royce in-service Trent engines: Trent 500 (Airbus A340); Trent 700 (Airbus A330); Trent 800 (Boeing 777); Trent 900 (Airbus A380); Trent 1000 (Boeing 787); and the Trent XWB (Airbus A350), which will be ready in 2016.

Vector Aerospace provides MRO support for turbine engines, helicopters, fixed-wing aircraft and components. It employs 2,300 people in 21 locations across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Africa, Australia and Singapore. Its technicians provide a variety of MRO services—covering turbine engines (turbofans, turboprops and turboshafts); dynamic components (including gearboxes, driveshafts and rotorheads); structures (including cabins, tailbooms and pylons); composites and avionics (including glass cockpits and airframe rewiring); fuel systems and components. Vector’s customer base includes regional airlines, commercial-transportation providers, corporate-flight departments, private operators, government agencies and defense departments.

The GKN Aerospace MRO operation, based at Cowes on the Isle of Wight in the U.K., specializes in repairing and overhauling composite and bonded-metallic primary and secondary aircraft structural parts and assemblies. With Part 145 EASA and FAA approval, the facility supports OEMs, operators and repair stations. It works on both civil and military aircraft. Facilities include: clean rooms, autoclaves and hot bond repair, thermal imaging and pulse thermography, ultrasonic NDT & X-ray, painting and field-service support with 24-hr. technical support and AOG spares, as well as lease and exchange options. The latest addition to the service offered is GKN Aerospace 2LP, which provides traceable, GKN Aerospace-overhauled components for Airbus aircraft, including radomes, flying surfaces, inlets and fairings.
