OEMServices to Operate Aftermarket Services for Triumph
OEMServices has signed an exclusive repair distribution agreement with Triumph Integrated Systems Actuation & Control to service its customers in the Middle East and Africa. Under the agreement, OEMServices will operate aftermarket services for Triumph from its Dubai service center. Services will include a Dubai-based “one-stop shop” and a 24/7 AOG desk, which OEMServices says will ensure immediate solutions and optimized repair turnaround times.

Etihad Airways Engineering Partners with Tarmac Aerosave
Etihad Airways Engineering has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Tarmac Aerosave to jointly pursue opportunities to develop, explore, support and extend Part 145 maintenance services and products.
As part of the collaboration, both companies completed their first Airbus A350 C-check in January for an unnamed Latin American airline at Tarmac Aerosave’s facility in Tarbes, France. A team from Etihad Airways Engineering flew out to provide support and complete hands-on Part 147 A350 training as the company prepares to begin carrying out A350 maintenance checks in Abu Dhabi starting in March 2019.

New Satair Contracts
Satair has signed an agreement with Joramco covering the supply of consumables and expendables to support Boeing and Airbus aircraft. According to Joramco CEO Jeff Wilkinson, Satair will support the MRO with strengthening its sourcing and procurement activities.
Satair has also signed an agreement with Honeywell Aerospace to distribute its JetWave high-speed inflight connectivity system to a wide segment of the global business jet market. Satair says it has invested in a large pool of full ship sets of JetWave stock and will hold an inventory of all Honeywell JetWave components, so it will be able to offer immediate delivery.
Finally, Satair signed a MoU with Etihad Airways Engineering covering supply chain solutions to ensure worldwide arts availability for selected aircraft parts.
