An Embraer Praetor 600 prototype performs a minimum unstick speed (Vmu) test, where the aircraft lifts off the ground at the minimum possible airspeed and sometimes drags its tailskid on the runway. Vmu is a certification reference to determine operational takeoff speeds with a margin of safety for normal operations.
