SATURNIAN VIEWS: NASA has released new images of Saturn’s moon Titan gathered by the Cassini mission. The images include satellite conjunctions in which one moon passes in front of or behind another. The only moon in the Solar System with a substantial atmosphere, Titan fascinates scientists because of its presumed similarity to conditions on the primordial Earth. The images can be found online at www.nasa.gov/cassini. Current plans are for the Cassini mission to continue through 2017.
