US DOT says US airlines operated 582,759 flights in October 2021, 84.8% of the 686,811 flights operated in pre-pandemic October 2019; carriers reported on-time arrival rate of 79.9% vs 92.9% in October 2020 (HAWAIIAN was best at 94.1%).
