Ukranian carrier to serve Almaty

Ukraine International Airlines has announced new non stop scheduled servcie from its main base at Kiev Borispil to the Kazazk city of Almaty. The new route will be operated on a twice weekly basis with B737 aircraft from March 30th 2010. There is currently just one incumbent carrier on the route with Donbassaero Airlines also operating a 2x weekly service with A320 aircraft type.
