Sector Aviation Acquires bmi Regional

International Airlines Group (IAG) on Thursday 10MAY12 inked a binding agreement with Sector Aviation Holdings Ltd (SAH), which SAH will acquire bmi Regional for £8 million in cash. This covers bmi Regional's fixed assets and long-term liabilities.

The sale is conditional upon CAA approval and it is anticipated that ownership will be transferred to SAH within two weeks.
