Ryanair's April passenger numbers up 12%
Ryanair has posted a 12% increase in its April passenger numbers, to 5.3 million booked seats flown, while load factor also rose three points to 82%.
The carrier recorded an 82% load factor for the 12 months to 30 April this year, based on a total of 59.1 million booked passengers.
"While some growth can be attributed to Easter falling later this year, April was another strong month of growth at the expense of high-cost airlines," says Ryanair.
