Ryanair to open multiple Canary Island links.
Budget carrier Ryanair has announced plans to served the Canary Islands, upto 39 new frequencies from its bases in Europe with aircraft that are currently based in Stansted but will be grounded during the coming winter.
Ryanair has cited the significant expansion in its presence in the Canary Islands as a result of the incentives put in place. Currently there are no tourist taxes in Spain plus there is a 100% discount on new services available at the Islands.
