Route changes in India
Air Arabia has announced it will start a new service to Hyderabad the same week as Austrian Airlines said it would cease operations to Mumbai.
Air Arabia launched daily flights from its Sharjah base on October 27 to coincide with the carriers’ fifth anniversary celebrations.
Meanwhile, Austrian blamed “drastic” overcapacity between European airports and the city in south west India, the weakening Indian economy and the consequences of the crisis in financial markets for slashing its services.
