OAG predicts growth for 2010
OAG stated (06-Apr-2010) global airline capacity and frequency will grow in all regions of the world except North America in Apr-2010. According to OAG, total global capacity will increase 6% year-on-year on the back of a 4% increase in the number of flights in Apr-2010. Africa will report the highest percentage growth in seat capacity to/from a region for the second consecutive month. Details include:
