Etihad to increase Indian route

Etihad Airways has unveiled plans to increase its service from Abu Dhabi to Hyderabad from the currently 4x weekly schedule to a proposed daily rotation beginning Jan 1st 2010.

Etihad currently operates a number of weekly rotations into the Indian markets. It operates the following frequencies into India.

Hyderabad - 4 weekly rotations with A320 aircraft

Koshikode -10 weekly rotations with A320

Delhi -14 weekly rotations with A320, A330-200 and A340-600

Cochin -14 weekly frequencies with A320 aircraft

Trivandrum -14 weekly frequencies with A319 and A320 aircraft

Mumbai -14 weekly rotations with A320, A330-200 and A340-600

Chennai -17 weekly rotations with A30 aircraft.
