China Eastern joins Skyteam

China Eastern has decided to join Skyteam and hopes to join by Mid 2011. The Shanghai based carrier operates over 35 International destinations, and also operates over 750 weekly domestic services from its main base in Shanghai.

The decision means that China Eastern is the second Chinese carrier to join Skyteam after China Southern.
