Book Your World Routes Flights and Hotel Accommodation Now!

If you have not yet secured your flights and hotel reservation, you should do so as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. This year’s event will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center, one of the largest convention centres, which is located just three and a half miles from McCarran International Airport.

There are many hotels to choose from in Las Vegas but, during World Routes, we recommend staying in one of our preferred hotels where Routes delegates will benefit from preferential rates and complimentary transfers to the event venue, networking evening and McCarran International Airport. All hotels are located within 10 minutes of the event venue and it is recommended you book early to avoid disappointment. This year Routes are delighted to announce three partner airlines; British Airways, United Airlines and Virgin Atlantic. Each of these airlines has very kindly offered discounted flights to World Routes attendees and details of the various packages and how to book can be found here.

If you have already booked your flight and hotel accommodation for World Routes please ensure the details are forwarded to Katrina Ives to help facilitate event transfers.

Visa Requirements

Make sure you have all the necessary documentation to travel to Las Vegas. Under the Visa Waiver Program, citizens of certain countries do not require a visa to enter the U.S. as a tourist or business traveller if the person meets the applicable requirements. A full list of countries this applies to can be found online. Delegates should also ensure that, if necessary, they should apply for their ESTA approval in advance. All passengers travelling to the U.S. by air or sea under the Visa Waiver Program are required to get a valid ESTA approval in advance.

Visitors from other countries wishing to travel to the U.S. for business may require a visa for entry into the country, be sure to check with your local Embassy to determine the visa requirements for your country. We would urge attending delegates to apply for any necessary visa as soon as possible directly at their local U.S. Embassy or Consulate.

In addition to the visa application form, relevant fees and photos, embassies may also require a letter of invitation from the inviting company. Delegates requiring such a document should complete the electronic request form in full ensuring accuracy throughout.
