Alitalia to relaunch LAX

Alitalia has announced that it is set to resume scheduled operations from Rome (FCO) to Los Angeles. The service will commence from 05 June 2010 and be operated on a 5x weekly rotation with B777 aircraft. Since Alitalia stopped flying the city pairs there has been no carrier on the route with BSP showing that most passengers transfer through Heathrow and Atlanta.
