Air Berlin to operate San Francisco

Air Berlin has announced that it will introduce a new non stop service to from its base in Dusseldorf to San Francisco. The new route will commence of May 12 till Sep 29 and will be operated on a 2x weekly rotation with LTU A330-200 equipment. LTU is the long haul operator for Air Berlin, and will sell seats partly through tour operator distribution but also will seat alone sales.

There is currently no schedule services between San Francisco and Dusseldorf, however UA offer a double daily service to Frankfurt whilst Lufthansa operates a daily Munich and a daily Frankfurt.
