Pratt & Whitney Canada Grows Customers In Proactive Help Desk Service

Pratt & Whitney Canada now has nearly 3,000 PW300s—more than half the fleet—enrolled in its Proactive Help Desk, it says. The service uses data from the engine and aircraft to help aviation technicians and analysts address customers’ needs proactively.
