LONDON—Irish LCC Ryanair has taken two further steps in reaching new agreements with cabin crew staff across Europe.  The airline announced Nov. 8 it had signed a collective labor agreement (CLA) with German cabin crew union Ver.di, covering all cabin crews based in that country.
