U.S., Trinidad and Tobago Sign Open-Skies Deal

Negotiators from the U.S. and Trinidad and Tobago signed an open-skies agreement on May 1, U.S. Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood announced. The accord is the 98th open-skies deal for the U.S. It removes limits on flights between the two countries and allows code-sharing rights for the first time.
