U.K. Competition Appeal Tribunal To Review Proposed BAA Airport Sale

The U.K. Competition Appeal Tribunal will convene Oct. 19 for four days to review the Competition Commission’s demand that BAA sell three airports in its stable — Gatwick and Stansted and Glasgow or Edinburgh. The BAA filed an appeal to the Competition Commission’s demand.
