Timco Aviation Services took over the airframe heavy maintenance base formerly operated by Aviation Management Systems (AMS) at the Goodyear, Ariz. Airport. AMS is currently engaged in Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings. Details of the transaction, which was facilitated by the company's principal stockholder Lacy Harber, were not disclosed.
