Regional Aviation Partners (RAP), formed by Mesa CEO Jonathan Ornstein earlier this year, recruited several new members including the City of Naples, Florida, the Venango County Airport and County Commissioners in Franklin, Pennsylvania, and the Cheyenne Airport in Wyoming.
