The Sukhoi Superjet 100 took off Tuesday on its maiden flight from Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Russia. Chief Pilot Alexander Yablontsev and a test pilot, Leonid Chikunov, performed a 65-minute flight from Sukhoi’s Komsomolsk-on-Amur manufacturing facility airfield.
