Macquarie Airports plans to divest its 35.5% interest in the U.K.’s Bristol International Airport in a sale to the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Fund for GBP128 million (US$211 million), as well as increase its ownership in Copenhagen Airport by acquiring the fund’s 3.9% investment stake.
