Lufthansa Technik beat Bedek, Snecma and Norway's NEC in sealing a contract to overhaul aircraft engines to help return Serbian grounded aircraft to flying status. The contract is worth $5.5 billion on completion of the effort, says Jat Airways, the Serbian flag carrier.
