The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) is moving toward banning the routine spraying of insecticide on arriving aircraft while passengers are still on board. A measure concerning disinfection was one of more than 100 recommendations adopted by ICAO's Facilitation Division during a meeting April 18-27 on Montreal.
