The Dornier Seaplane Company is planning to make its final assembly site selection within the next 90 days, paving the way to begin production of the Seastar seaplane. Dornier has whittled its choice down to two sites in Canada: Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu in Quebec, and North Bay in Ontario.
