Modern Aviation has entered an agreement to purchase the assets of XJet Holdings, a subsidiary of XJet World Holding, based at Centennial Airport near Denver. The facility, which includes 50,000 sq. ft. of hangar space, will be renamed Modern Aviation after the acquisition closes. It is Modern Aviation’s second FBO acquisition in less than 12 months. Modern Aviation is backed by Tiger Infrastructure Partners.
