With the Irish government’s approval of International Airlines Group’s (IAG) planned takeover of Aer Lingus, Ryanair has to decide whether it will sell its 30% stake in the airline.  “We are hopeful that Ryanair will see this as an attractive offer for their stake in Aer Lingus, and we will wait to see what Ryanair and the Ryanair board say in response to this,” Walsh said on May 27.
