Frank Morring, Jr., took another unwarranted shot at SpaceX (AW&ST June 9, p. 22). In recounting the three contenders for commercial crew, he adds “. . . but the company, founded by dot-com entrepreneur Elon Musk, has a long way to go before crews will fly its vehicles to the International Space Station.” This is ironic when one considers that SpaceX is by far the furthest along and is currently flying the cargo version of its spacecraft.  He also claims SpaceX is ...
