Eric John has become president of Boeing Korea. He succeeds Pat Gaines, who plans to retire in September. John was a career member of the U.S. Senior Foreign Service, serving as senior adviser for security negotiations and agreements in the State Department Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, as foreign policy adviser to the chief of staff of the U.S. Air Force and as U.S. ambassador to Thailand.
