Aviation Week & Space Technology - MRO Edition

Aviation Week & Space Technology - MRO Edition May 26/June 2, 2014

Volume 176 Number 18

This week, Aviation Week publishes a double issue. On the cover, a Copa Airlines Boeing 737-800 climbs after takeoff from Los Angeles International Airport in a photo by Joseph Pries. Copa is the overall winner in Aviation Week’s annual Top-Performing Airlines rankings. Japan Airlines and Allegiant Air are also among the standouts in the TPA study, which scores airlines on financial and operational strength. The TPA package starts on page 52, with in-depth analysis, airline ranking tables and a methodology description. Elsewhere are articles on rocket propulsion (pages 22-24). Our MRO edition includes a section on maintenance, repair and overhaul.
