Triumph, Bombardier in Dispute Over Global 7000 Wing Costs

Triumph Aerostructures has initiated litigation against Bombardier to recover additional development costs incurred by a redesign of the wing for the Global 7000 business jet. In response, Bombardier plans to sue Triumph for losses resulting from a two-year delay to the program.
