Textron Aviation Could Announce Two Business Jets at NBAA

Textron Aviation could announce two new aircraft in the large business jet segment during the Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition in November, Cowen and Co. analyst Cai von Rumohr wrote in a memo to investors on Sept. 9.

The aircraft may include a previously announced variant of the $26 million Citation Latitude as well as a larger business jet in the $30 million to $40 million range with initial deliveries in 2017, von Rumohr wrote.

NBAA to Analyze Data Following Gulfstream Crash

The National Business Aviation Association says it is ready to follow up on a recommendation by the National Transportation Safety Board following the fatal Gulfstream IV runway overrun accident that occurred at Hanscom Field in Bedford, Mass., last year.
