Argentina's air cargo sector grew 33% in August, a response to economic recovery in the country and a 48% increase in imports, reports Air Cargo Terminals. In August, 6,639 tons of cargo was carried, easily more than the 4,416 tons carried in 2003 and representing a cumulative annual increase of 31% in the first eight months of 2004. Exports increased 2% in the same period.
