Larry Glazer’s TBM 900 entered a steep descent at 25,000 ft. and fell off of radar at 10,000 ft. before crashing in open water near Jamaica on Sept. 5, killing both Glazer and his wife Jane, according to a preliminary report released Sept. 15 by the National Transportation Safety Board.
