Guardian Flight, a global medical response company, has acquired Sunrise Air Ambulance and its four bases in Arizona. The acquisition expands Guardian Flight’s air medical aircraft fleet in Arizona to nine, the company said. Guardia Flight operates about 85 fixed- and rotor-wing aircraft dedicated to medical flights around the U.S.
