Private Charter Provider Set Jet To Begin Daily Flights From Los Angeles to NYC

Set Jet, a membership-based, private jet charter program, will begin daily nonstop flights from Los Angeles to New York City through Teterboro, New Jersey, and White Plains, New York. Set Jet will provide the flights on Bombardier CRJ900 aircraft configured with 25 VIP seats for $1,000 per month and $3,300 one way. Flights will feature five-star meal service, complimentary alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks and premium snacks. It will also offer a private suite in the aft cabin from $15,000 and $25,000 one way, subject to demand and availability.

Banyan Air Service Expands Fort Lauderdale Maintenance Operations

Banyan Air Service has expanded its maintenance operations at its Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport location. It has added a second shift to provide extended maintenance services seven days a week. The new hours of operation will be Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to midnight and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. It employs 44 maintenance technicians and support staff and is recruiting for additional positions.
