I've been following an interesting LinkedIn conversation today about next-gen aircraft data.
A question arising from the discussion seems to be whether airlines have the right people evaluating new aircraft and engine purchases. In your opinion, who would be on the dream team for evaluations? Or put another way, what job functions should be?
Creating the right interdisciplinary teams not only can generate good ideas but make all of the pieces work together better--and more efficiently. I'm a big fan of these types of working groups.
