All hotel reservations must be made by the attendees directly to the Marriott reservation office at +1.202.737.2200 or +1.800.228.9290 by January 26, 2010 and requesting the AVIATION WEEK rate.
Hotel reservations received after the cut-off date of January 26, 2010, or if the block is filled, are subject to availability and room type at the prevailing rates.
All attendees will be required to provide a first night’s deposit. Checks and major credit cards are acceptable to establish prepayment. All credit cards used to prepay will be charged immediately. The Marriott will deduct any collected nonrefundable prepayment fees from the amount you may owe as performance or cancellation damages.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and checkout time is 12:00 p.m.
Parking: Parking is available for a daily rate. Please note that AVIATION WEEK does not validate parking.
