The heads of the French and German air forces are signing up for a joint training program for the Airbus A400M airlifter. Under the agreement signed on the same day as Airbus Military formally handed over the first A400M to the French air force (FAF) on Sept. 30, the two air forces announced a deal to train maintenance technicians from both countries for the aircraft at Wunstorf airbase in Germany starting in summer 2015, along with crew type training and logistical mission training. ...
