Solar Impulse is well into the final assembly process of HB-SIB, the aircraft that is to fly around the world using solar power only. The aircraft is being assembled in a hangar at Dübendorf air base, near Zurich, Switzerland. Construction of the 236-ft.-span wing is well underway.
