Aviation Week & Space Technology will feature the aerospace & defense industry’s best and brightest young professionals under 40 years old in an October issue, and we are seeking recommendations for outstanding candidates. 

Nominees should demonstrate creativity and innovation in their work and possess excellent leadership skills.

Does this description sound like you or someone you know? If so, please visit http://www.aviationweek.com/Under40 before Sept. 14 to submit your favorite candidate. Eligible nominees must be born AFTER Oct. 1, 1972.
