Middle East Workforce, Diversity #MROME


Abu Dhabi Aircraft Technologies (ADAT) here in the UAE employs people from 54 different nationalities. Think about the language, cultural and background diversity that brings.

Sure, there will be challenges that arise from that diversity, but think of the advantages, too. 

Given that many MROs try to attract airlines from around the globe, being able to harness those many unique experiences certainly could be an advantage.
