Last Of The Bohicans


The Bundeswehr has released a video of 18 Bo 105 helicopters bidding farewell by flying in formation from their base in Celle, northern Germany, Dec. 13.

Some 312 Bo 105s were delivered to the German army starting in 1979, 100 in the M version as liaison and observation helicopters and 212 Panzerabwehrhubschrauber (anti-tank helicopters, PAH).

The Bohicans, as their pilots are called, clocked over 1.38 million flying hours.
