On The Job Training Input

The Australian Civil Aviation Safety Authority plans to provide guidance on how to conduct on-the-job training and document that experience to comply with Part 66 B1 and B2 licensed aircraft maintenance engineers licenses. The Advisory Circular AC 66-7 project was approved today.  

How do you provide on-the-job training and document it? What do you find most effective?
