The Fascination With SIA

It is amazing a how a few candid remarks from Singapore Airlines (SIA) CEO, Goh Choon Phong, can generate international headlines. Goh said, in the airline's staff newsletter, that management and staff must avoid being complacent and cannot continue with a "business as usual" attitude. The remarks were picked up by international news media around the world. Just goes to show, people in the industry always seem to be interested in SIA.
