Facebook and Avia Solutions

What do Facebook and the Avia Solutions Group have in common? They both recently went through an IPO, both are run by a young leadership team, and both try to execute  nimbly (and react fast).

After talking with Avia Solutions Group Chairman Gediminas Ziemelis today here in Vilnius, Lithuania, I was also struck that both companies are run by intellectual innovators who thrive on growing their businesses. Just look at the growth Avia Solutions has experienced the last couple of years. Despite Facebook's stock price drop yesterday, that company has done pretty well, too.
