One of the ways German troops in Afghanistan are celebrating Christmas is by decorating their vehicles. The Bundeswehr website posted photos of a Dingo which has been transformed into an armored advent calendar.

The German news channel n-tv showed a Bundeswehr Christmas tree in Afghanistan decorated with ornaments including ammunition clips.

The channel also showed images of the first flight of a German Tiger helicopter since its arrival in Afghanistan.
